Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate in California. This full-time role features base pay plus uncapped commissions, with a fully paid 3-week training and no prior wireless experience required.

You will engage customers, explain devices and plans, and work toward monthly targets while representing the brand at stores and community events. Must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Hospitality background.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
