Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring Retail Sales Associates to join our Wireless Sales Pros team inside Walmart in Sylacauga, AL. You will engage customers about post-paid and pre-paid carrier plans, accessories, and service options, guiding them to the best solutions.

We offer paid training, base pay with uncapped commissions, daily pay options, and opportunities for growth. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required; benefits include health, PTO, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Greet customers and offer assistance; guide them to displays and appropriate products.
• Advise customers on products and services and help them make selections.
• Document and report sales, and maintain a clean, organized work station.
