Job summary

CE Workforce, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Wireless Retail Assistant Sales Manager in Lebanon, TN. You will lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and hit store goals.

You’ll earn up to $35/hour including base and commission, plus a $250 sign-on bonus and a $250 commission guarantee for the first 3 months. The role includes paid T-Mobile training and opportunities to advance within a team-focused environment that rewards results.

• Has leadership, supervisory, or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team.

• Partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance.
