Qualifications

• Passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and enjoy doing it.
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with their shopping journey and provide personalized solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to enhance customer experience.
• Build relationships with T-Mobile employees to improve service.
