Job summary

CE Workforce, a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, seeks a Wireless Retail Sales Associate for our Trussville store. You will help customers select devices and services, perform in-store demonstrations, and guide them through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expert answers.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Wireless Retail Sales Associate . Our Wireless Retail Sales Associates work directly with our customers and aid them in the purchase and operation of their T-Mobile Devices and T-Mobile Wireless Service.

You will be

Reporting directly to the Store Manager and the Assistant Store Manager.

Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.

Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plans that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including anything from unique accessories to up and coming Internet of Things (IOT) devices.

Guide your customers through their purchasing experience thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing your expertise.

Approaching service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.

Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run-around-free environment.

What we are looking for

Must be 18 years or older and have a High School diploma or equivalent.

A "go-getter" with a "never stop until you get to the top" attitude.

Experience in a retail setting is preferred but not always necessary. We hire positive attitudes and people willing to learn how to earn.

Must have outstanding people and communication skills.

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to multi-task.

Must have very flexible availability and able to work weekends and holidays because that is when our customers need you the most.
