Job summary

TCC Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in Fargo, ND, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our vibrant team. You’ll be the vital link between customers and the T-Mobile brand, delivering energetic, friendly service and expert knowledge of phones and plans.

You’ll drive revenue by opening new accounts and maximizing existing ones, while maintaining store standards and delivering world-class support for activations, payments and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers and answering phones.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing ones.
• Builds relationships with customers and colleagues across the business.
• Opens, closes and operates the retail facility including cash handling and deposits.
• Maintains store appearance and adheres to store standards.
• Assists customers with activations, changes, bill payments and upgrades.
• Achieves assigned performance metrics.
