Qualifications

• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts for more income.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using technology and customer service to expand Verizon's network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommend top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs.
• Develop through ongoing training and merchandising/inventory tasks.
• Grow customer base via outbound calls/texts to existing customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events to expand loyalty.
