Job summary

TCC Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative in Fargo, ND. You will connect customers with the T-Mobile brand, deliver high-energy service, and become the go-to expert on devices and plans.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, driving revenue, and maintaining store operations. The role requires strong communication, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months retail or sales experience with a customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays in retail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer phones and assess needs.
• Drive monthly revenue by acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing ones.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues across channels.
• Assist with opening/closing and store operations, including cash handling and deposits.
• Maintain store appearance and organize back room and work areas.
• Help customers with activations, plan changes, upgrades and billing.
