In this role you’ll perform hands-on demos of the latest devices, explore individual needs, and provide personalized solutions beyond devices and service plans. Training leads to a promotion as a Mobile Expert after mastery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Comfort with in-store demonstrations and guiding customers through purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers online, in-store, or via Customer Care to continue their shopping journey.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and plans to meet customer needs.
• Sell with a customer-first approach, offering add-ons and IoT options where appropriate.
• Guide customers through purchases with thoughtful questions and clear explanations.
