Your Wireless is hiring outgoing, sales-minded individuals to join our Retail Sales Teams in Louisiana. As a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you will educate customers on Verizon products, guide them through the buying process, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail role
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proof of achievement in sales and customer service
• Enthusiasm for retail and wireless products
• Ability to travel to locations as needed
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each shopper.
• Assist customers through the sales process from start to finish.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services.
• Meet and exceed store production standards.
• Handle customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks.
• Complete all required training and pursue growth opportunities.
