Victra is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our store team in delivering world-class service and helping guests connect with the technologies that matter most. You will help customers, meet sales targets, and contribute to a positive, energetic store environment.

Responsibilities include presenting product benefits, assisting with merchandising, and providing resolutions while maintaining a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 10 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Training includes New Hire University within 30 days of start date.
