Job summary

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeking Sales Consultants to deliver world-class service to Every Guest, Every Time. This full-time role offers uncapped earning potential, paid training, and opportunities for advancement in a team-focused environment.

You will drive in-store sales, engage customers, and provide product recommendations while contributing to merchandising and store operations. Strong communication and a passion for technology are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate who connects with guests and has fun doing it.
