Job summary

My Wireless Texas, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to engage with customers, educate them on AT&T products, and guide them through the buying process.

You will be part of a dynamic retail team and eligible for advancement as you learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment. The role offers strong base pay with commission, ongoing paid training, and growth opportunities within a network of over 240 locations across the US and Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls is preferred.
