Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven sales and customer service achievements.
• Willingness to travel to store locations in district.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience daily.
• Assist new and existing customers through the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services.
• Produce sales to meet/exceed location standards.
• Handle customer situations to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager as needed.
• Complete required training for Your Wireless and Verizon.
• Set an example of professional conduct for staff.
