Job summary

Nextar Telecom, an authorized retailer for Metro by T-Mobile, is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Associate in Orange Park, FL. You will educate customers on Metro by T-Mobile products and guide them through the selection and sales process.

The ideal candidate has retail or customer-facing experience, is motivated by goals, and capable of delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience in a similar role in a retail or a customer facing environment.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating our customers on all Metro by T-Mobile Products and Services we offer.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assist the Store Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
• Complete all required trainings as directed by Metro by T-Mobile and Team Nextar.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
