Job summary

RedLion Mobility in Hauppauge, NY is seeking energetic Retail Sales Representatives for in-person in-store work. You will present telecom products and services, identify customer needs, and guide customers to suitable bundles.

Compensation includes $20/hour plus monthly commissions, with a total target range of $45,000–$75,000 annually based on performance. Expected hours are around 40 per week, with local travel not required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling mobile or wireless services, home internet, cable or TV, or bundles preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend right products or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
