Job summary

JM Wireless –SC Two Notch & Fashion-FT - RSR - Metro by T-Mobile in Columbia is hiring a Retail Sales Representative. You will interact with customers to identify needs and match them with our wireless products and services.

This full-time role offers paid training, medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus opportunities for development. You will work with store management on opening/closing procedures, handle cash, deposits, and keep the sales floor clean and inviting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences.
• Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
• Willingness to pick up shifts at other locations within a reasonable distance from home store.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with top-notch sales and service.
• Work with store management in opening and closing procedures, handling cash, deposits, and counting inventory.
• Ensure the store is clean and always maintained.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Training teams.
