Job summary

JM Wireless, a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to engage customers, identify needs, and present JM Wireless products and services. You will interact with guests, support opening/closing procedures, handle cash and deposits, and maintain a clean store environment while collaborating with Sales, Operations and Training teams.

Training provided and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences.
• Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.
• Willingness to pick up shifts at other locations within a reasonable distance from your home store.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with top-notch sales and service.
• Work with store management in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and inventory counting.
• Ensure the store is clean and well maintained.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Operations and Training teams to stay ahead of market trends.
