Job summary

RedLion Mobile is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our in-person team at Bartow Ave. You will engage customers, present wireless products and services, and drive upsells and commissions in a fast-paced retail setting.

In this role you must be energetic, reliable, and able to meet sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience. The position is full-time with a typical 40-hour work week, requiring evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience.
• Experience selling wireless, mobile, cable, internet, or retail products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Upsell, cross-sell, and meet or exceed sales and commission goals.
• Explain pricing, promotions, and packages clearly to customers.
• Maintain a positive, professional customer experience and build loyalty.
• Work in person at the assigned retail store location and be reliable for scheduled shifts.
