Job summary

Nex-Tech Wireless in Salina is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to promote and sell Nex-Tech Wireless products and services. You will build relationships with customers, educate them on wireless offerings, and handle inquiries with strong communication.

Earn $16.00 per hour guaranteed plus commissions, with an option to work 4 days a week and be paid for 5. Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays is required.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service, telephone sales, or equivalent work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Nex-Tech Wireless products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

• Build relationships through community engagement
• Resolve product and service issues and determine customer needs and best solutions
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure continued customer satisfaction
