Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT&T, in Memphis is seeking a Store Assistant Sales Leader. You will work with the Store Leader, own floor operations, and step up when leadership is out.

This role blends selling with mentoring and hands-on store management to develop the next generation of leaders. You will train and coach the team, help hit monthly targets, manage launches, merchandising, and brand standards, and represent BLW at events to grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a retail sales environment (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years leading or managing others (preferred).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy and adaptability in a competitive environment.
• Wireless/telecom experience preferred.
• Proven track record of developing others.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Leader on daily operations, staffing, and performance.
• Sell alongside your team and lead by example on every shift.
• Coach, train, and develop team members through real-time feedback and mentoring.
• Help the team hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assist with product launches, merchandising, and brand standards.
• Stay sharp on AT&T promotions, devices, and wireless trends and teach others.
• Handle administrative duties, inventory, compliance, and store-level problem-solving.
• Represent BLW at community and offsite events to grow the customer base.
• Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and care.
