Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks full-time Sales Consultants to deliver world-class service and connect guests to the right technology. You will lead the in-store experience, meet monthly sales goals, and share product knowledge to help customers make confident decisions.

You’ll train, earn uncapped commissions, enjoy benefits and a clear path for advancement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
1+ year of customer service experience in retail or sales.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
At least 18 years old.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
