Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service in-store. You will drive engagement, explain product benefits, and help guests find solutions while meeting monthly sales goals.

You will work with peers and store leaders in a fast-paced environment, receive extensive training, and enjoy benefits such as health, dental, and vision Insurance, a 401K match, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Physical requirements: able to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
• All Sales Consultants must complete NHU training within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities
