Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (Nov–Dec).
• At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Act as a passionate guest advocate while connecting with customers and having fun.
• Present product benefits and recommendations through exceptional service.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech for them.
• Support merchandising and store operations as needed.
