Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks part-time Retail Sales Consultants to deliver world-class service and connect guests to technology. You will drive sales, participate in training, and support store operations while creating memorable in-store experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service, are able to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and are legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
