Prime Communications in Roxboro, NC is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending AT&T wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions tailored to their needs.

You will build relationships in the local community, hit sales goals, earn commission, and support store operations with a motivated team. Must be 18+, high school diploma or GED, and able to work at least 32 hours weekly, including evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Base pay plus commission; 32 hours/week minimum, including evenings/weekends.
