Prime Communications is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers and recommend AT&T wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions. You will deliver an exceptional in-store experience and help customers choose the right plans and devices.

You will have the opportunity to hit sales goals, earn commissions, and advance into leadership roles within the company, known as the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S. This role offers growth, training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and a positive professional attitude.
• Customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and work in a team.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and varying shifts.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
