Job summary

Prime Communications is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers and deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You will recommend AT&T products, devices, and entertainment solutions while working toward sales goals and earning commissions.

The role includes supporting store operations and building community relationships to represent the AT&T brand. This position offers base pay with a competitive commission plan, a ramp-up bonus for new hires, and opportunities for training

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned store location
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
