Job summary

DSI is hiring Retail Sales Associates in Homewood, Illinois to represent AT&T inside a store-within-a-store environment. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes meeting sales goals, knowledge of POS systems, and providing outstanding service. Training is provided, with opportunities for career advancement and employee benefits beginning soon after hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet/s exceed sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets).
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive retail sales by meeting and exceeding goals.
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently recommend solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize store sales performance.
