Arch Telecoms, a national wireless retailer, is seeking Mobile Associates to join our Ramsey, NJ team. You will learn customer service and sales skills, demonstrate the latest devices, and help customers complete purchases in-store, online, or via care channels.

This is a learning role with progression to Mobile Expert after training. You will work with peers to deliver a superior customer experience, balance service and sales goals, and participate in incentive programs and career growth

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and demonstrate products in-store.
• Uncover customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Perform side-by-side selling to upsell accessories and services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
