Arch Telecom in Florida is seeking enthusiastic Wireless Retail Associates to join a fast-paced team. You will learn customer service basics, demonstrate devices, and guide customers through purchases with patience and empathy.

This learning role includes hands-on training, teamwork, and opportunities for promotion to a Mobile Expert after training completion. Competitive wages, incentive programs, and health benefits are provided.

Formación

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan.
• Guide your customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informed answers.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels to own the customer experience.
