Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates to join our retail team in New Jersey. This learning role emphasizes hands-on training to build proficiency in customer service, product demonstrations, and solutions-based selling across devices and services.

You will work with teammates to guide customers through purchases, answer questions with empathy, and develop expertise for future advancement to a Mobile Expert role after training completion.

Competenze

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a Mobile Expert role after training.
