Job summary

Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates in Melbourne, FL to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You will assist customers in selecting devices and service plans, provide hands-on demonstrations, and guide shoppers through the purchasing journey in-store and online.

This entry-level role is designed to build skills toward a promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion. Ideal candidates bring a desire to learn, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering best-in-class experiences.
• Assist customers in-store with product demonstrations and service plans.
• Practice patient, honest, empathetic interactions to resolve issues.
• Help identify customer needs and hand off small business leads when appropriate.
