Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retail of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate to help customers choose devices and plans, guiding conversations from needs to solution. You’ll operate with a team to meet targets and provide excellent service in a fast-paced retail setting.

This Full-Time role includes a paid 3-week training period and uncapped commission potential. Prior wireless experience is not required, and training will cover product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Hospitality background.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical requirements

This is a floor role. Expect to be on your feet most of your shift. You will use tablets and POS systems throughout the day and may occasionally move items up to 15 lbs.
