Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate to help customers choose devices and plans that fit their needs. This full-time role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with a fully paid 3-week training program and no prior wireless experience required.

You will engage customers, explain options, and close sales while representing the brand. The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may involve working at nearby locations

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain legal work authorization in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Hospitality background helpful

What you need:

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset
• Previous retail or sales experience
• Hospitality background
• Familiarity with wireless products and services

Physical requirements:

This is a floor role. Expect to be on your feet most of your shift. You will use tablets and POS systems throughout the day and may occasionally move items up to 15 lbs.
