Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, seeks a full-time Sales Advocate to guide customers through device and plan choices on the sales floor. You will participate in a 3-week paid training, learn product knowledge, and aim to hit monthly targets while building genuine connections with customers.

Base pay plus uncapped commissions ensures earning potential. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; prior wireless experience is not needed, and you’ll gain

Base pay is just the floor. Commission is where this gets interesting. Top performers earn significantly more, and BLW will teach you exactly how to get there during your fully paid 3-week training.

What you need:

18 years of age or older

High school diploma or GED

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Ability to pass a background check

Strong communicator, written and verbal

Self-starter with a results-focused mindset

Bonus points for:

Previous retail or sales experience

Bilingual skills

Hospitality background

Familiarity with wireless products and services

Physical requirements:

This is a floor role. Expect to be on your feet most of your shift. You will use tablets and POS systems throughout the day and may occasionally move items up to 15 lbs.
