Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, seeks a Sales Advocate to assist customers in selecting devices and plans. You will drive conversations, problem-solve, and close sales on a fast-paced floor. This role rewards performance with a base pay plus uncapped commissions and a fully paid 3-week training program.

You’ll engage customers, learn AT&T products, and aim to meet monthly targets. You may represent the brand at community events and work at nearby locations, including evenings,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

What You Need

• 18 years of age or older

Physical Requirements

This is a floor role. Expect to be on your feet most of your shift. You will use tablets and POS systems throughout the day and may occasionally move items up to 15 lbs.
