Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate in the United States. Paid 3-week training provided, no wireless experience required. You will help customers choose devices and plans, and turn conversations into confirmed sales.

This is real sales: problem-solving and closing, with base pay plus uncapped commission. Flexibility to work at nearby locations and evenings/weekends/holidays is expected; top performers earn significantly more.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan choices.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through product knowledge.

• Represent the brand at community events when needed.

What You Need

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset

Bonus Points For

• Previous retail or sales experience
• Bilingual skills
• Hospitality background
• Familiarity with wireless products and services

Physical Requirements

This is a floor role. Expect to be on your feet most of your shift. You will use tablets and POS systems throughout the day and may occasionally move items up to 15 lbs.
