Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Sales Advocate. You will engage customers, guide device and plan choices, and drive sales with product knowledge, while earning base pay plus uncapped commissions and completing a fully paid 3-week training.

No wireless experience is required; candidates should enjoy conversations, problem-solving, and closing deals. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Retail/sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.

About The Role

Paid 3-Week Training Provided. No Wireless Experience Required. Your phone is where you bank, shop, talk, stream, and navigate. It is not a luxury; it is infrastructure. What You Need

Physical Requirements

This is a floor role. Expect to be on your feet most of your shift. You will use tablets and POS systems throughout the day and may occasionally move items up to 15 lbs.
