KC Wireless Inc. is seeking a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join Wireless Zone and serve customers at our Hummelstown, Camp Hill, and Dillsburg PA locations.

You will educate customers on Verizon products and services and guide them through the sales process to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The role offers up to $24.00 per hour including base pay and uncapped commissions, plus bonuses and a full-time schedule.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year retail experience, preferably with Verizon Wireless.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Create ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on all Verizon Products and Services we offer.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations to satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in tasks and team duties.
• Complete all trainings as directed by Wireless Zone and Verizon Wireless.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

The Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Wireless Zone will be responsible for:

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating our customers on all Verizon Products and Services we offer.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assist both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or
• the team.
• Complete all required trainings as directed by Wireless Zone and Verizon Wireless
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

Wireless Zone is looking for candidates with:

• Have at minimum, a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon
• Wireless or other Wireless business.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products and customer service.
• Have the drive to work in a commission sales environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal oriented
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have the ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
