Your Wireless Inc. – Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer is hiring sales-minded individuals to join our Retail Sales Teams across multiple states. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, educating customers on Verizon products and services, and guiding them through the purchase process.

Our uncapped commission plan and strong benefits are designed to reward high performers. We seek energetic, goal-driven people with retail experience who can travel to assigned districts

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven sales and customer service achievements.
• Ability to travel to locations as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience for each shopper.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process and educate on Verizon products/services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and store production standards.
• Handle customer situations to ensure satisfaction.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with assigned tasks.
• Complete all required training and maintain professional conduct.
• Demonstrate opportunity for career advancement within Your Wireless.
