DSI is hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T inside a store-within-a-store setting in Mays Landing, NJ. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 1 year in retail or customer service, strong communication, and a willingness to learn. This role offers paid training, performance-based earnings, and opportunities for career advancement.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Standing/walking for 8+ hours as part of the shift.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and engage customers in a high-traffic retail location.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, plans, and services.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding targets.
• Process transactions and activate service plans.
• Maintain product knowledge and suggest solutions to customers.
• Deliver excellent service before, during, and after the sale.
• Support store merchandising and brand standards.
