You’ll recruit, train, and coach a motivated team, manage schedules, and ensure store excellence. The role offers generous incentive pay with commissions paid twice monthly and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree with coursework in business, accounting, marketing or management.
• 1-2 years’ experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
