Aurum is selecting an Associate Director to lead a growing portfolio of retail wireless operations. This role acts as the operational link between Store Leads and market leadership, coaching leaders, and ensuring stores operate to the Aurum standard.

This position is field-based; when a location requires support, the Associate Director enters the business, identifies issues, coaches the leadership team, and drives measurable improvement across our market.

• Coach and develop Store Leads.
• Conduct structured store visits and performance reviews.
• Manage staffing and leadership-pipeline development.
• Lead new-store openings and leadership transitions.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and operating compliance.
• Prepare emerging leaders for advancement.
• Foster relationships with local retail management.
• Support recovery plans for underperforming locations.
