TCC Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in Midland, MI, is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Representative. You will engage customers, explain plans, and help activate services in a fast-paced store environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales targets, and building strong client relationships. Comfortable with evenings, weekends, and lifting up to 25 pounds is needed for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
• Builds relationships with customers and employees across all channels of the business.
• Works with store management in opening, closing and operating the retail facility, including cash handling and deposits.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains store appearance, back room, restrooms and work area according to store standards.
• Assist customers with service activations, changes, bill payments, equipment replacements and price plan changes.
• Retail Sales Representative is responsible for achieving assigned performance metrics.
