Job summary

Connectivity Source is hiring for MOBILE ASSOCIATE and RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER roles in a fast-paced T-Mobile retail environment. We value energetic, customer-focused team players who want to grow with us.

Compensation includes an average pay range of $20 to $24 per hour, with bonuses and spiffs. Open availability, 18+ years, ability to stand long hours, and lifting up to 25 pounds are required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing provided to our sales teams up to date on a daily basis.
• Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
