You will collaborate across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to define roadmaps and prioritize features for global launches. You will focus on core RF technologies, drive cross-functional alignment, manage stakeholder relationships, and monitor product performance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management with BS degree, or 6+ with MS, or 3+ with PhD.
• Experience in Wireless technologies (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, UWB).
• Experience with network and change management for deployments.
• Experience defining a product roadmap and requirements.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for Cisco Wireless solutions.
• Lead product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch support.
• Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and specs.
• Develop go-to-market plans, competitive positioning, and enablement materials.
• Analyze market data and competitive landscape for opportunities and risks.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Manage relationships with key customers and partners to gain insights.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
