Cisco is seeking a Product Manager for Cisco Wireless to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative wireless networking solutions with a core focus on RF technologies. You will drive roadmaps, define requirements, and partner with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful global launches.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, gathering customer insights, and shaping go-to-market plans.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, or Master's with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years in Product Management.
• Experience in Wireless technologies (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, UWB)
• Experience with network and change management for deployments
• Experience defining a product roadmap and requirements
• Experience managing large-scale, cross‑functional engineering projects.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Cisco Wireless solutions aligned with market trends and customer requirements.
• Lead product lifecycle management from concept through launch and post-launch support.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and specifications.
• Work closely with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market plans, competitive positioning, and enablement materials.
• Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and communication to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
• Manage relationships with key customers and partners to gather insights and validate product direction.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
