Job summary

Apple seeks a Wireless Module Engineer to lead development of wireless modules from early architecture through mass production ramp. You will coordinate RF design, reliability, manufacturing test, and cross-functional teams with OSAT partners to ensure robust design releases and test coverage.

The role requires extensive collaboration, travel to international OSATs, and ability to drive risk, schedule, and data-driven decisions across multiple product lines within Apple’s HW Technology group.

Qualifications

• BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
• Proven track record for effective written/verbal communication, leading projects with self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison between internal cross-functional teams and OSATs.
• Drive OSATs to ensure ATE maturity for hardware and software, including load boards and test coverage.
• Lead failure analysis with OSATs and drive improvement activities after NPI builds.
