Job summary

Apple Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Wireless Module Engineer (WME) to lead cross-functional development of wireless modules from architecture through mass production.

You will drive RF architecture, DFM, ATE integration at OSATs, and manage test coverage, calibration, and data analysis for yield improvements. Qualifications

• BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison between internal cross-functional teams—including RF HW Design, Wireless Module Test Engineering, System EE, EPMs, Reliability Engineering, Quality Engineering, DFM, Global Supply Managers, and Product Design—and OSATs, ensuring alignment on architecture, specifications, deliverables, and development milestones.
• Mature ATE HW/SW at OSAT and take the RF module to MP with yields meeting Apple quality requirements.
• Communicate component risks and align OSAT schedules and risk mitigation plan into the project.
